Upon booking and payment, you understand and agree that sessions are for educational, spiritual, and entertainment purposes only. Any information or guidance provided is subject to interpretation and is not a substitute for legal, psychological, financial, medical, or business advice. By booking a session with Amy Cathryn, you understand that psychics do not diagnose illnesses, including questions about pregnancy and death. When booking a session with Amy Cathryn, you also acknowledge and accept full personal and legal responsibility for your own life choices and decisions.

Amy Cathryn claims no responsibility whatsoever to any person or entity for any liability, loss, or damage caused or alleged to be caused, both directly and indirectly, as a result of the reading you receive. The information provided in your reading and your data are treated as confidential and protected. Amy Cathryn maintains complete confidentiality for all clients.

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a reading. Amy Cathryn is not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the psychic advice available on this site or its content.

By booking a session with Amy Cathryn, you agree to being recorded. All readings are recorded for quality and liability assurance.

There is no guarantee or implied warranty, and Amy Cathryn will not be responsible for any interpretations, decisions, or actions made by the client. Amy Cathryn will not be held liable or responsible for any loss of income, damages, or emotional stress considered to be caused as a result of a session with clients.

Amy Cathryn cannot promise or guarantee that a specific relative, friend, or guide will come through for you during a mediumship reading. Spirituality and spiritual communication are complex, unpredictable, and mysterious in nature; therefore, Amy Cathryn cannot guarantee contact or communication with any specific persons during your reading. Please come to the reading with an open mind and an open heart. It is imperative that the client maintain a sense of discernment and sovereignty in any psychic mediumship reading or Reiki session they receive.

Amy Cathryn cannot guarantee the outcome of future predictions in her practice. Psychics, mediums, and other practitioners within their professions can be wrong. They can interpret material incorrectly, or put language to the information they receive that miscommunicates, or only partly communicates what they receive from Spirit. Errors are possible.

With all that being said, it is important that you are present for your psychic session. To be present, you cannot be intoxicated with alcohol, psychedelics, or other drugs. This does not include any medications you take for mental or physical health. Be sure that you are coherent and able to be fully attentive, responsive, and present during the session.

At the appointment time, be in a quiet and distraction-free location. This includes but is not limited to not driving during the session, being in a place away from children, and refraining from being around loud noises or other distractions.  

Amy Cathryn also reserves the right to end any reading at any time without warning if she believes it is in her best interest or the best interest of her clients.

Appointment Cancellations, Payment, and Refund Policy

  • Cancellations or rescheduling of an appointment must be made within 12 hours of the appointment.

  • Payment in full is due at the time of booking.

  • Once an appointment has happened, a refund can no longer be issued.
