Returns, Refund, & Exchange Policy
All service sales are final and non-refundable after the session has begun.
All products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. In the case of cancelling an order, if it hasn't yet been shipped, there is a restocking fee of $3.00 per item that will be deducted from your refund. If a print order arrives damaged, please document the damage and contact us within 2 weeks of arrival. I will arrange to send you a replacement order, provided that you cover the shipping and handling costs.
If the product cannot be replaced due to it being a limited edition that has sold out, you will be refunded, minus shipping costs. In the case of original artwork arriving damaged, please contact me immediately so that we can recover the cost with the insurance, if available. (Some international orders do not include insurance, depending on the destination.
While this is very rare, in the case of an order never arriving, I cannot consider a shipment being lost until 30 business days have passed since the original shipment date. Once past this time, we can discuss how to replace your order. All US orders include tracking, and most international orders include tracking as well. Please check the tracking provided with your "order has been shipped" notification email before contacting me, please!
